If you are new to the district and would like to register your child(ren) you will need to bring in the following information:

*Certified Birth Certificate

*Immunization Record

*Custody Papers (if applicable and they must be signed by the Judge)

*Click Registration packet and you will be directed to the forms on the website. 

 

If your child will be entering Kindergarten for the 2019-2020 school year you will need to call the Elementary Office at 419-924-2365 ext 2350 and make an appointment for your child to go through a Kindergarten Assesment on March 28 & 29.  Call Mrs. Kuney and she will answer any questions you may have.
